It is not always possible to change the delivery address or delivery date once the package is in transit.

Delivery to another country or region is not possible.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging, with the cover provided with your order; the product must be unused and the original tag still attached.

We cannot offer an exchange or refund for items that appear to have been used or worn. The product will not be accepted if it has been worn outdoors, stretched, or stained.

Exchanges for online purchases must be returned with a tracked parcel number at the customer’s expense. All returned products will be refunded using the original method of payment. To receive your new item, please place a new order online.

This also applies to size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

Once your return is received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping fees. You can track your return with your carrier using the tracking number on your return label.

All discounted items cannot be returned.
